A relaxed and gentle stroll through the forest, awakening all of your senses to connect to nature in a more intimate and personal way. Walk slowly through our 800 meter long trail along Sensoria’s pristine rainforest, you will undergo a series of invitations to awaken your senses. (Difficulty: Low)
A Sensorial JourneY

You will start to notice every detail, all the different colors and shapes, the sounds of the birds, insects and the pattern of the many clear streams that you will be crossing. The sensation of observing the moss on the stones and the scents and fragrances of the jungle.

Health and Wellness

Forest bathing has a series of proven health benefits, such as lowering blood pressure, increasing your immune system function and lowering stress hormones, among many others. On a mental level, it increases focus and creativity up to 50%.
Low Difficulty

It is suitable for everyone, no special skills or physical condition needed. The walk is very gentle and slow; this is a self-guided tour. Our trail is certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
